DELIVERY TIMES, SHIPPING & ORDER INFORMATION

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders containing Pre-Order items will only be dispatched once the pre-order stock becomes available. The estimated dispatch date will be indicated on the product page.

During peak trading periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, processing times may be extended.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)

Delivery timeframes apply once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and regional conditions.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Parcel weight
  • Parcel dimensions
  • Delivery address

Starting rates:

  • Gauteng – From R120.00
  • KwaZulu-Natal – From R140.00
  • Western Cape – From R150.00
  • Other Provinces – From R150.00

Free Nationwide Shipping applies to all online orders over R2,500 and will automatically be applied at checkout.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

If you do not receive this within 5 business days, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at: sales@giavaliagifts.co.za

  1. Damage During Transit

All products are carefully packaged to withstand normal transport conditions.

Kings of Rock shall not be held liable for damage occurring during transit once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.

 

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and assigned a tracking number.

If cancellation is requested before processing:

  • A 25% administration fee will apply.
  • Refunds will be processed once cancellation is confirmed in writing.
  • Merchant processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
